Installation

This mosquito net system is designed for wall-mounted installation. Installation requires drilling into the wall, inserting plastic wall plugs, and securing the system with self-tapping screws. For safe alignment and lifting, installation should be completed by two people.

Recommended bed size

This model is suitable for beds up to 180 cm wide.

Warranty

Your mosquito net system includes a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal household use.

Dispatch time

Orders are usually dispatched in around 15 days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local courier processing.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges follow German consumer protection requirements. Customers may contact us within the applicable return period if the item is unused, complete, and returned in its original condition. Customised, installed, damaged, or used products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
