Returns and Refunds Policy

We want customers to choose the right mosquito net with confidence. Please read this policy before placing an order.

Change-of-mind returns
For UK online customers, you normally have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us that you want to cancel and return eligible goods. After notifying us, you should return the goods within a further 14 days.

Return condition
Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, clean, complete, and in original packaging where possible. We may reduce the refund if the product has been handled more than necessary to inspect it, or if parts, packaging, accessories, or instructions are missing.

Non-returnable items
Custom-made, personalised, cut-to-size, or made-to-measure mosquito nets may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation unless faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a short description. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other suitable solution according to your legal rights.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide return instructions and handle the issue fairly.

Refund timing
Once we receive the returned goods or acceptable proof of return, we aim to process refunds within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

How to start a return
Email us with your order number, full name, product name, reason for return, and photos if the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
